How does the rental process work?
  • Select the dates you would like your item for - the first date being the day you wish to receive it by 
  • Payment will be debited from your nominated payment method
  • Email your photo identification to styledbyniksw@gmail.com - your booking will not be confirmed until this has been received, regardless of payment status - orders that fail to provide this within 24 hours prior to the required postage date (typically 1-2 business days prior to the delivery date) will be refunded minus processing fees and a $5 admin fee
  • After your event, simply post the item(s) back using the pre-filled satchel included in your order - cleaning is included in the rental price
  • Once the item has been received back and a condition report completed, your bond will be returned to you
Are try ons available?
Yes, try ons are available in Doncaster, VIC subject to availability. Postal try ons will be available in the future.
Can I pick my item up?
Yes, pick up is available from Doncaster, VIC subject to availability. Please note that this may not always be a possibility, and it is recommended to make contact prior to booking if you require pickup.
What is the address for pick ups/try on appointments?
For security reasons, and as this premises is also residential, the address will only be provided when a booking is placed. The location is Doncaster, Victoria, within a minute's drive from the Eastern Freeway and Westfield. There is plenty of parking available, and you're most welcome to park in the driveway if there is space.
What happens if my dress does not arrive on time?
Best efforts are given to ensure items are posted off with adequate time to arrive by a specified date, however COVID-19 related delays can sometimes result in unpredictability. Please contact me as soon as possible when it becomes clear an item will not/has not arrived in time, and I will issue a credit for a future booking provided the item is returned unsealed at the first opportunity. For more information, please view the postage section of the terms and conditions.
Why do I need to provide my ID?
Photo identification is required as a method of identity verification in the event that items are not returned, or are returned damaged where an insurance claim may be required. Images/details from supplied IDs are stored securely and only for the duration of the rental, and are permanently deleted once items are returned.
What happens if I damage an item?
Mistakes happen! Please send an email to styledbyniksw@gmail.com at the soonest possible opportunity, to enable other renters of the same piece to be notified in a timely manner. Send images through via email, and once the item has been received back, it will be assessed to determine the degree of damage. If it is feasible to repair, you will be responsible for the cost of tailoring/additional specialised cleaning. If it is damaged irreparably, you will be liable to pay the difference in cost between the bond and RRP, and you will get to keep the item.
It's my birthday! Are there any discounts available?
Absolutely! A 10% discount is available for birthdays and every third rental - send an email to styledbyniksw@gmail.com and you will receive a discount code for your booking. These individual codes can only be used once, and apply to the rental cost excluding the postage fees.
